The Kansas City Chapter of the American Society of Women Accountants would like to invite local accountants to join us at any of our meetings!
Our meetings are the third Tuesday of the month. Please view the Calendar page in order to see our upcoming events. We have both lunch and evening meetings throughout the year, so please join us to learn more about our organization and meet our current members.
Types of Membership
Regular: Requires a bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting, or holds a CPA certificate or equivalent; or two or more year’s experience in accounting.
Affiliate: Not actively engaged in accounting; but having a substantial interest in accounting.
Student/Associate: Regularly enrolled student majoring in accounting or related field, or actively engaged in accounting with fewer than two year’s experience.
Retired: Persons who have reached age 65 as of June 1st, and a regular or associate member for the shorter of five consecutive years or the life of the chapter. Or, persons who have reached age 55 as of June 1st, and a regular or associate member for the shorter of ten consecutive years or the life of the chapter.
